2 bedroom, 3/4 bath, WiFi, Roku TV, AC/heat, coffee station / kitchenette area, small half size refrigerator (coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster and dishes) outside private deck with table seating for 4 and with BBQ grill & side burner. Located on 3 acres and backs to park land. 3 minute walk to the Kootenay arm with long sandy beach.
we are locating in a magical part of the kootenay's With easy access to hiking, mountain biking, boating, water sports, hot springs, local bakeries, coffee shops, Sunday market and regional parks.
there is an abundance of wild life We see whitetail deer daily. There are birds of all kinds; eagles, blue herons, ducks, geese, turkeys and seasonally mountain blue birds. On the surrounding mountains you may be lucky to spot elk or black bear. At night you can occasionally hear coyotes.
the train still pass our place twice a day summer schedule is usually around noon and once in the evening
